INDIGENOUS CULTURE: Hutt Valley High School is 5 minutes from Maori treasures, a Maori settlement and centre for Maori culture and art.

CITY LIFE: Hutt Valley High School is 15 minutes from the vibrant downtown Wellington, New Zealand’s capital city.  There is a regular bus and train service to the heart of the city.

RIVERS, BEACHES, HILLS, FARMS & MOUNTAINS: Students have the opportunity to experience the scenic beauty of New Zealand.  All students will be taken on trips to enjoy this aspect of New Zealand life.  For senior students (Year 12 & 13) there is a trip to the Outdoor Pursuit Centre included in their school fee.
